Consignment Terms & Condition.

Terms Of Consignment
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the consignment or attempted consignment of item(s) (“item(s)”)from you to ICONLuxe & associates(“ICON”). By consigning to ICON,you AGREE to the following term

1. Sellers will receive an agreed amount within 24 hours after authentication is made and confirmed by ICON Luxe.

2. The cost of authentication services (RM199) will be borne by the seller 100%.

3. Sellers confirm that the goods are authentic.

4. Sellers confirm that the goods are in original condition, not repaired, replaced or recoloured.

5. Consignors agree to take full responsibilities and make full refunds if the goods are found in an original condition.

6. You are deemed to have checked and agreed on all descriptions, size, color and price stated.

7. ICON has the right to reject. You are responsible for all risk of loss or damage to the item(s) until ICON takes physical possession of it.

8. You are the legal owner of the item(s) you are offering to sell/consign. You have full authority to sell/transfer the item(s). The item(s) do not include counterfeit goods and is
not the result of illegal activity, including theft or fraud. Any transaction initiated by you will not cause ICON to be in violation of any anti-money laundering or other applicable state or national law.

9. ICON reserves the right to return any item(s) at our discretion. Return item(s) are to be collected / mailing address provided (of which return postage will be at your expense), within 2 weeks after being notified. ICON will provide two (2) reminder notices to collect your item(s) after which ICON will assume ownership of this item(s).

10. ICON will not be held responsible for the safety of the item(s) if you elect to get it posted back.

11. You are deemed to have checked and agreed on all descriptions, size, color and price stated
Sellers hereby represent and warrant that all goods sold to the Buyer are genuine and not counterfeit.

The Sellers shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to the Seller, its officers, agents, and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the presence of counterfeit items in the goods sold to the Buyer.
