Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 3 days only after collection is made.
- items can be only returned if product / size specification does not match the product details given by ICON Luxe.
- Returns are not allowed for customers who purchased in our offline store. Customers are responsible to inspect before purchase.
- Only valid if the item is returned in good condition and complete set as purchased.
- In case of a counterfeit claim, valid proof must be provided, strictly via an Entrupy authentication certificate only. We will provide a 100% refund. Payment will be disbursed within 30 working days upon agreement from both parties.
Purchase Policy

- Shipment or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. In the event an order is placedon weekends or holidays, shipment will be processed on the next business day
- Estimated shipping rates for a handbag sized item is approximately MYR 20 - MYR 40 excluding shipment insurance which is borne by the customer.
- For customers in peninsular Malaysia, the estimated delivery timeline is within 1 to 2 businessdays. For customers in Sabah and Sarawak, the estimated delivery timeline is within 2 to 3 business days.
- You will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking number through your registered email address once we have processed your shipment.
Damages on Items
- ICON is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
